The problem we keep finding

Most organizations accumulate security tools over years: EDR, a SIEM, email security, MFA, backups, a firewall. Most were bought, lightly deployed, and never tuned to the actual environment. The result is false security: a dashboard full of products that aren't catching what they should, blind spots nobody knows about, and budget spent twice. Buying the tool is half the job. Configuring and watching it is the half that actually protects you.

What the audit covers

• Inventory every security tool and vendor in place, and what each is supposed to do.
• Configuration review of each: deployed, tuned, alerting, and covering the right assets and identities, not left on defaults.
• Validation (authorized, safe): is MFA truly enforced everywhere, does EDR actually alert, is logging reaching the SIEM, are backups test-restorable?
• Gap and overlap analysis: what's blind, what's redundant, what's missing.
• Evidence and a prioritized plan: what to fix first (config, not new purchases), what to cut, what genuinely needs adding.

What it is not

Not a pitch for new products. We're vendor-neutral: we don't resell tools or take kickbacks. We make the tools you already own work, or tell you which to cut. No fear-driven add-ons.
